Losing Weight
Today I went to my first weigh in with weight watchers! Drum roll please....I lost 5lbs!!! Hopefully this next week will go just as well. I need to lose 30! It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be to lose 5 lbs. The first few days I was so hungry, but now i'm happy with my tiny little meals that barely fill me up, and drinking water until I float away. Before I had Kolby I could eat anything I wanted to and not gain a pound. I'm thinking all that has changed b/c I really have to watch what I eat now. I never knew peanut butter had so many points. Because of my high blood pressure during the pregnancy I'm starting to be really big on staying healthy. I'm wanting to make this my new way of life. I hope to lose weight, become a healthier me, and teach Kolby healthy habits too! It's win win

i am STILL trying to lose weight :( after babies come along it just really changes ur body-and motabolism. i hope u have more luck than me in this department. but since u are on weight watchers u will prob lose it alot faster than me! ugh i hate it!!
